Tours and Activities

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
    Less than 15 days before the tour date:
  • No refund.
    No-show on the tour date: No refund.

Cancellation by Eccentric Trails

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

Accommodation

Cancellation by Customer

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain special promotions, offers, and last-minute bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.
  • Any costs incurred due to the cancellation of flights, visas, or other personal travel arrangements are not covered by Eccentric Trails.

Amendments to Bookings

Amendments to bookings can be made more than 15 days before the scheduled tour or check-in date, subject to availability and potential additional charges. Any changes made within 15 days of the scheduled tour or check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

We understand that emergencies can happen. In cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement, please contact us with relevant documentation, and we will do our best to assist you.
